We all live in a two room house, no matter the size, whether a mansion or a refrigerator box, we all live in a two room house. Left brain and right brain are the two rooms we inhabit. They are connected by a hallway (known to some as the corpus callosum) near the base of our skulls. We spend our lives running back and forth between these two important rooms. Our lives develop, problems are solved, happiness waxes and wanes. The content of our lives is managed from these headquarters, the metaphorical two room house where we all live, left brain and right brain.
Identifying which hemisphere we are working with can be done through common doodling. This book describes how to do it.
